2013 December: 14th International Conference of Chief Justices of the World on Article 51 of the Constitution of India - World Judicial Summit 2013. During the Conference, the 13th Session of the Provisional World Parliament will also convene, planned to be a transition session comprising the Founding Ratification Convention.

Psychology of Irrational Opposition to World Government
Einstein concluded that to stop war and eliminate atomic weaponry we must establish world government. Sigmund Freud agreed. If world government can do the job, why doesn't the world have it?
[Editor's note: A psychological analysis has been long overdue. For too long society has been strangled by stone age thinking dressed in military costume, corporate slickness, and banker's robes. Soon, therefore, we will look into the tragedy of maladaptive thinking when our leaders are the blind leading the blind.]

MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. DAY significant for the Earth Constitution
In the late 1960's, shortly before his assassination, the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. signed support for the World Constituent Assemblies according to a report from the World Constitution & Parliament Assembly's co-founder, Philip Isely who died last year at 96 years old.
Mr. Isely, like the Rev. King, Jr., was dedicated to the principles of nonviolence, and determined to provide the world with a global political peace system to end war.
WCPA sponsored the World Constituent Assemblies which resulted in the drafting of the Earth Constitution, the basis for the current Earth Federation Movement and the Provisional World Parliament.
