Christmas Eve with the Prince of Peace
The military/industrial/secret operations complex thrives on war and chaos, making a mockery of the teachings of Jesus Christ who was recognized by true Christians as the Prince of Peace.
It is the same Jesus, who, when asked to heal the sick, never required that his patients pay Him. For Doctor Jesus, health care was not a business, but an act of love.
I firmly believe that Jesus, if He were here today (and perhaps He is, at least in spirit), would join the Earth Federation Movement in its insistence that, by means of the Earth Constitution, a nuclear Armageddon can be prevented, and war itself can be outlawed.

Internet Chatter on Syria: Is the US Lying Again? The Middle East is a victim of the geopolitical war system, with Syria just the latest example. The civil war is made far worse by the involvement by proxy of powerful nations such as the United States, Israel, and Russia.

Empire losing its grip? Growing discontent on many fronts may start to crack Empire's plans for Full Spectrum Dominance. Globalization favoring multinational corporations is not selling well with citizens. The use of "national security" to control the citzenry is losing its power. Undemocratic governance and secrecy are being challenged by activists. We may see a similar phenomena with those nations in the United Nations who may be weary of their years of second class status. UN Charter Review may be a result. Important new approaches to change the geopolitical system are taking root such as the Manifesto for Global Democracy and the Earth Federation Movement with its Earth Constitution and Provisional World Parliament.

Publicly owned banking gains increasing support as the solution to the deep corruption seen in private banking and finance.
The Public Banking Institute is taking a leading role in finding alternative solutions to replace the failing private banking sector which has been a disaster to the world's economy. A current conference in San Rafael, California is titled "Funding the New Economy." The public is largely unaware that private banking interests have taken over government finance to the detriment of the public interest. While the Public Banking Institute is focusing on local, state, and national financial solutions, they have not yet addressed international finance -- a concern of the Earth Federation Movement.

The article, found in the right wing publication The New American (22 May 2013), shows a surprising overlap with the views of many progressives. Psychology of Irrational Opposition to World Government
Einstein concluded that to stop war and eliminate atomic weaponry we must establish world government. Sigmund Freud agreed. If world government can do the job, why doesn't the world have it?

MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. DAY significant for the Earth Constitution
In the late 1960's, shortly before his assassination, the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. signed support for the World Constituent Assemblies according to a report from the World Constitution & Parliament Assembly's co-founder, Philip Isely who died last year at 96 years old.
Mr. Isely, like the Rev. King, Jr., was dedicated to the principles of nonviolence, and determined to provide the world with a global political peace system to end war.
WCPA sponsored the World Constituent Assemblies which resulted in the drafting of the Earth Constitution, the basis for the current Earth Federation Movement and the Provisional World Parliament.
